1. What is the benefit of creating an account on D2C?
There are various benefits of creating an account. Some of the benefits are marketing information on promotions and products and special offers to registered customers. You will also not need to input the address to make new orders unless there is a change in address from the first. In addition, you are able to log in to review the order history of all the transactions made on that account.
2. How do I track my order once it is placed?
You will receive an order confirmation on email and SMS on the registered email address and phone number. As soon as the order is shipped you will receive another email and SMS on your registered number with the tracking details. You can also log into your account and view the shipping details.
3. What are the payment options that I can avail of while placing an order?
You can pay through credit/debit card and & PayPal.
4. How do I know that my credit/ debit card payment is safe?
Payments are accepted through certified third party payment gateways. These gateways are certified for all security aspects. Also, all payments gateways are secured via SSL & HTTPS protocol.
5. Is there a charge for delivery?
There is a minimal delivery charge of £3.49 for orders up to £29.99, depending which delivery option is selected. Delivery is free for all orders above £30 across the country.
6. Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order. You will need to cancel (and/or return original item(s)), and re-order.
7. Can I cancel my order?
You may be able to cancel your order within a short period of ordering – timings depend on your chosen delivery method (and will be set out in the acknowledgement email).
8. When and how will get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?
Upon arrival of your returned item, the item will be inspected and then we aim to process your refund within 5 working days, but this may take up to 14 days. 9. What is your exchange policy?
Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. In case there is a manufacturing defect, then the product can be exchanged. In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service within 48 hours from the time the product/s has been delivered to you.
10. What if products ordered by me are out of stock?
All products shown on the web store are products in stock. In an exceptional case where the product ordered by you is out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 72 hours and a refund will be processed immediately in case you wish to cancel the order.
